S.H.I.N.E is the She STEMs mentorship program created to connect girls and women in STEM with mentors who can support their academic, personal, and professional growth. The program is rooted in guidance, sisterhood, and empowerment. It aims to create meaningful opportunities for connection, confidence-building, and shared learning.

Who is this for?

Mentees

Girls and women in STEM who are looking for guidance, encouragement, and community.

Tertiary students, graduates, and professionals in STEM who are passionate about supporting the next generation.

Become a S.H.I.N.E. Mentor

What to expect:

One-on-one mentorship or mentorship circle
Regular check-ins
Personal and professional support
Access to a supportive STEM community
Growth through connection and shared experience

Program Period: May 2026 - April 2027

Applications

We are currently accepting applications for mentees and sign-ups for mentors.

Please note: only a limited number of mentees will be accepted so early application is encouraged.
